The meaning of intelligent customer group is to automatically group customers with the same characteristics by setting conditions in the system.
Operating Procedures:
Enter the Merchant Portal > Customers > Settings
Follow this guide to add customer information:
Step 1
Login to your Yamimeal Merchant Portal
Step 2
Click on "Customers" followed by "Groups"
Step 3
Click "+Add Group"
Note: "High value lost clients, High value clients, Potential clients, Inactive clients" are the default groups recommended by the system, and do not support modification or deletion
Step 4
Fill in the "Group Name" and choose the "Group Characteristics" of the group through the filter conditions provided by the system. Select the features you need, set the corresponding parameters, then click "Submit" to save
Step 5
After submission, you can view the total number of the group in the list and click the created group to make adjustments, or click "Event" to start the operation
