If you have received a request from Customer to modify the order's self-pickup/delivery time, or delivery information, you can modify it through the merchant portal. After the order is accepted, the information can be modified multiple times before it is completed.
Operating Procedures:
Enter the Merchant Portal > Store Settings > Basic Info > Display Tags
Follow this guide to adjust store's display tags:
Step 1
Login to your Yamimeal Merchant Portal
Step 2
Click on "Orders" followed by "Order List", then search the order that you want to modify and click on it
Step 3
Clicking on it will view the order, then click "Edit Order" located below
Step 4
Click "Edit information" to modify the details of said order (e.g. modify the pickup time), then select the "Reason" before clicking "Next"
Step 5
You may choose to inform the customer by "IM or Email", then click "Submit" to complete
Note: IM's contents can be customized, while Email is sent based on a fixed template
