Under what circumstances will price difference not be refunded?

In-Store price-match Guarantee, Yamimeal reserves the right to refuse the refund of a price difference, to request a customer to return the refunded amount, or to revoke a customer’s right for price difference refund, etc. under the following circumstances: the customer is suspected in profiting or making illegal profits from the In-Store price-match Guarantee service, transferring his/her rights in In-Store price-match Guarantee in any form, not using the service for himself/herself, or when Yamimeal has reasonable cause to doubt that the customer is using the service inappropriately to apply for In-Store price-match Guarantee or price difference refund.
