When customer arrives late to pick up his/her order, you are suggested to refer the steps below to check in the Yamimeal Merchant APP.
After complete preparing the meal, click the "Ready" button to switch the customer's order status at the "Preparing" page
The order will then be transferred to the "Ready" page, and the system will send a message notification to inform the customer that the meal is ready for pickup
If the customer still not yet arrived at the restaurant to pick up the meal, you can contact the customer via the "Message" function in the order details
Send a message to inform the customer that his/her order is ready for pick up
