How to cancel a customer's current order?(Tablet)

If the merchant is unable to complete the accepted order due to unexpected circumstances, you can refer to the following steps to operate in the Yamimeal Merchant APP.

 

Step 1

Click "Preparing" on the left and click on the order being prepared to view details

Step 2

Confirm the order details, then click "Cancel item" to proceed

Step 3

Click "Select All" and followed by "Next"

Step 4

You can choose the reason for canceling the order, or click "Other" to enter, then click "Next"

Step 5

Click "Confirm Cancel" to confirm the cancellation of this order
