Why can't I receive the reminder email of my order?

1. The email as an order's reminder will be sent to email address entered in the corresponding order, please check whether the email address entered is correcy when placing the order.

2. Check whether the switch to receive email notifications is turned on

Operating Procedures:

Account > Settings > Notifications > Emails

 

You can open the email reminder according to the following procedures:

Step 1

Click "Account"

Select "Setting"

Click "Notifications"

Step 4

Click the switch next to "Emails" to turn it on
