I want to add or remove items in my order

Before Merchants accept your order, cancelling order will NOT have any surcharges. You can check your order and, if desired, click "Modify Order" to delete item(s) under the tab "LIVE ORDERS". After that you can choose your desired items and place the order again.

  • Scenario 1:Cancel / Delete item before merchant accept your order

Step 1

Order under status of "Order Submitted", click "Order Detail" to proceed

Step 2

Click "Modify Order" located at the bottom right

Step 3

Click "Cancel Item(s)"

Step 4

Select the item and click "Confirm" to complete

  • Scenario 2:Once Merchants accepted the order, cancellation fee may be charged from cancelling the order.

Step 1

In "LIVE ORDERS", click "Order Detail" in the order

Step 2

Click "Modify Order" located at the bottom right

Step 3

Read the pop-up message and click "Cancel Item(s)"

Step 4

Select the item and click "Next" to proceed

Step 5

Cancellation Fee will be clearly listed and click "Next" to proceed

Step 6

Choose the reason and click "Confirm" to complete

Step 7

Once order is cancel / modify and the details will be clearly listed
