What if I cannot fulfill an order?

If Merchants are unable to fulfill an order, Merchants can send a message to Customers via Yamimeal Merchant Portal or Yamimeal Merchant APP's Instant Message (IM) function. Customers will not be charged any fees if Merchants proceed to cancel the order for the Customers.
