What if a customer is late to pickup an order?

We suggest Merchants to check some points with the customer if he/she is late to pick up an order.

1. Check and confirm if the order's status is correct.


2. Make sure you have clicked "Ready" button to inform your customer the order is ready to pick up.


3. Contact with your customer via Yamimeal Merchant in-app IM.
