For any order that are cancelled after merchant accept, Merchant can use this setting to charged a refundable proportion of the order amount to the customer. Merchant can set it to '0' if there is no extra cost inured whenever the customer cancels the order.
If Merchant want to set order cancellation penalty , Merchants can follow the steps below:
Login to your Yamimeal Merchant Portal via https://merchant.yamimeal.com/web/merch/#/login
Click on "Merchant Setting" then "General"
Click on "Restaurant Information"
Scroll down to " Nonrefundable Proportion for Order Cancelled (%)" Input your desired amount by % into the given order status
(e.g You can set the amount that you think is reasonable for your business model , if the customer cancel after you have prepared you can choose to refund 50% or no refund to the customer.)
Remember to click "Submit" to save and publish your updated information
