If Merchants want a specific order to send customer a message , Merchants can follow the steps below:

Step 1
Login to your Yamimeal Account via Yamimeal Merchant Portal Login_1.jpg

Step 2
On the left sidebar menu, click "Orders"Search_Message_1.jpg

Step 3
Click "Message"Search_Message_2.jpg

Step 4
Input the order number that you want to search at the "Search by order number" and checked the "Exact Search"Search_Message_3.jpg
