If Customer wants to contact Merchant through Yamimeal App Instant Messaging (IM), below are some procedures to do so.
1) Current Order
Step 1 :
On the Home Screen , go to "Orders"
Step 2:
Click "Live Chat" on your current order
Step 3:
You can start communicating with the merchant while also being able to attach screenshot(s) if you need to.
2) No Order
Step 1 :
Find a Merchant or Search by Merchant Name
Step 2:
When viewing a specific merchant, you can find the message icon at the top-right of interface, click on the message icon
Step 3:
You can start communicating with the merchant while also being able to attach screenshot(s) if you need to.
