How do I contact Merchant through Yamimeal?

If Customer wants to contact Merchant through Yamimeal App Instant Messaging (IM), below are some procedures to do so.
1) Current Order
Step 1
In the main interface of the App , go to "Orders"

Step 2
Click "Live Chat" on your current order

Step 3
You can start communicating with the merchant while also being able to attach screenshot(s) if you need to

2) No Order
Step 1
Find a Merchant or Search by Merchant Name

Step 2
When viewing a specific merchant, you can find the message icon at the top-right of interface, click on the message icon

Step 3
You can start communicating with the merchant while also being able to attach screenshot(s) if you need to
