If Merchants want to reply customer's review, the procedures below are advised:
Log into Merchant's Portal via https://merchant.yamimeal.com/web/merch/#/login
Click "Reviews" located on the left to proceed next
Scroll down to select the review and click "Reply" on the right
You may type the reply in the column located at the bottom right
Click "SEND" to reply customer's review
