There are just few steps for you to check and approve the refund details of an order.
Step 1
You'll receive a pop-up notification to show you have new refund to take action on.
Step 2
Click "REFUNDING" on top and click "REFUND DETAIL" to check
Step 3
REFUND DETAIL showed the item that request for refund and photo provided by customer and then click "CLOSE"
Step 4
Click "ACCEPT" to decide the percentage(%) to refund for customer based on the reasons and click "CONFIRM"
