Click "Help" from the main page in Web Portal.
You will be redirect to a new page and then click "Submit a request" on top of page.
Fill in the relevant information and then click "Submit"
Click "Settings" and then followed by "Help & Support"
Click "Menu" button and then "Submit a request"
Fill in the relevant information, descriptions or attach photos
