  • Can I delete the review and withdraw the Merchant Points that has been issued?

    Merchant Points will be issued after the verification of AI. If AI disqualified the review, Merchant Points will not be issued to said Customer. Merchant can prevent reviews that indicate misinformation to be shown on APP via Merchant Portal. However, the Merchant Points issued will not be withdrawable or transferable.
