  • If refunding occurs, will the Merchant Points applied on an order be refunded as well?

    After applying Merchant Points in an order, if the transaction is unsuccessful (failed payment, unstable connection and other situations), which leads to the process of refunding the order, Yamimeal will be following the principle of refunding cash before refunding Merchant Points.     Merchant Points are points earned after Customer placed their order with certain Merchant on Yamimeal. Merchant Points that are earned on an order can be used to deduct the total amount of the items (excluding extra fees) on the next order.
